Everything CamiForge Automates

CamiForge is a Windows desktop application that drives Adobe Illustrator directly — generating garment variations, scaling them across the size run, and nesting the results onto fabric rolls.

Auto Generation

Generate Garments Automatically

One template, one design file, and your production data — everything else is generated.

Self-Scanning Master Template

Scan a garment template once and CamiForge maps every size layer inside it, then caches the result. Later runs skip the slow parse entirely and the available sizes appear ready to select.

One Design, Whole Size Run

A single design artwork file is applied across every size in the template. There is no per-size copy of your design to duplicate, rescale, or keep in sync.

Roster-Driven Names & Numbers

Import a CSV roster of player names, numbers, and sizes, preview the parsed rows, then let CamiForge place every value onto the right zone of the right garment variation.

Automatic Garment Part Detection

Fronts, backs, and sleeves are identified from the artwork geometry, so each design region lands on the correct garment panel without manual tagging.

Logo-Based Increment Scaling

Artwork scales per size using a bracketed logo-width ratio so branding grows in sensible steps across the run — or keep original dimensions when a design must stay a fixed physical size.

Canvas Layout Control

Set columns per row and cluster padding for how generated variations are arranged on the canvas, or preserve the original artwork layout exactly as authored.

New

Auto Align & Nesting for Fabric Rolls

The Finalize stage packs generated pattern pieces onto production roll layouts — the step that used to mean dragging panels around by eye.

Fabric Roll Auto Nesting

Set your roll width in centimetres and CamiForge builds roll-sized artboards, then automatically aligns and nests every generated pattern piece into them.

Best Fit vs Arrange by Size

Best Fit rotates pieces freely, including 90 degrees, for the tightest possible packing. Arrange by Size mirrors only and keeps cut piles sorted by size and part.

Cutting Margin Control

Set the blade or laser cutter margin between pieces in millimetres so the cutter always has clearance without giving away fabric.

Automatic 50 m Roll Partitioning

If a layout runs past 50 metres, the remaining garments are split into additional _Part2.ai, _Part3.ai files automatically so every file stays stable to open and cut.

Nest in Place or Export Files

Nest into the active Illustrator document, or export standalone production-ready .ai files for sublimation printing and laser cutting.

Production-Ready Output

Native Adobe Illustrator .ai output, auto-named by mode, date, and time so repeat runs never overwrite each other, and organised for the cutting room.

Platform

Built for Production Floors

The parts of the software that keep a real production line running day to day.

Live Progress & Cancellation

Real per-variant progress and elapsed time while a run executes, with a cancel that stops cleanly instead of leaving Illustrator mid-operation.

Project History

Completed jobs are saved to your workspace. Reload a previous configuration in one click, or jump straight to the output folder.

Licensed Operator Accounts

Device-bound licensing with operator sign-in, server-side validation, and offline receipts so production keeps running when the network does not.

In-App Auto-Update

CamiForge checks a signed HTTPS update feed and installs new versions in place, so every workstation stays on the same build without a manual rollout.

System Requirements

Windows

Windows 10 or Windows 11. The installer supports per-machine deployment across workstations.

Adobe Illustrator

A licensed desktop installation. CamiForge drives Illustrator directly and outputs native .ai files.

CamiForge Licence

A device-bound operator licence, validated on sign-in with offline receipt support.
